1. Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: No, we don’t. We have preferred couriers that provide a cost effective and efficient services to ship your purchases.

2. Do you have store locations?

Answer: No, we don’t. All our merchandise are sold online. However, if you live locally and wish to collect your purchase to save on shipping, you are more than welcome to pick up in person once your payment has been received and your order processed.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

Answer: Due to the ever increasing costs of shipping, we do not accept returns unless you received a defective or incorrect item. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please refer to our Terms of Trade for further information.

4. What methods can I pay by?

Answer: When shopping online with the Martin Jetpack Store, you can pay by credit card through PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to be able to pay by credit card.

5. Can I schedule a delivery time for my shipment?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot schedule a delivery time for your package as they will be delivered dependent on our courier provider’s timetable.

6. How can I check the status of my order?

Answer: If you created an account with us, you need to login to check the status of your order. We are also available via email at shop@martinaircraft.co.nz 

7. What happens if I’m not home?

Answer: The courier provide has a number of actions it can take in the event no one is home at the time of delivery: a) Leave the parcel on your doorstep; b) Leave a note that a delivery attempt was made. This will include instructions on how you can collect your parcel.

8. When will my order ship?

Answer: We try to ship within 1-2 days from the time the order was placed.

9. When are you closed?

Answer: We are closed during all public holidays in New Zealand and on weekends.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we ship to international destinations.

11. Do you share customer information with anyone?

Answer: We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We do not sell or exchange email addresses with third parties.

12. I’m having problems viewing your website. It’s either blank or the images are messed up.
